Our darkest- 5% one-way mirrored on some bathroom windows for great daytime one way privacy. From outside this will be mirrored, from inside it's just some nice shades.

However, always be aware that nighttime privacy (with your lights on inside) will still require curtains or blinds for full at-night privacy.

There are many options, ask us for details.

This topic has come up before, but every few months Yelp gets on a rage about contacting us daily, trying to get us to sign up for paid advertising.

Their sales tactics are extremely pushy and every various way of telling them I'm not interested including getting mean, they just won't take no.

I've even debated for 15 minutes or more with reps just to waste their time so they will put me on their DNC list.

When they finally give up, it's only a few weeks before they are after it again. And now they are.

And it's always a new rep, indicating high turnover for them and they certainly have not reviewed our extensive file of firm "NO's".
* side-note, we have a listing with them. I'm just not paying for any exposure.
1 Yelp review vs 250+ on Google and 240+ on FB, none of which are paid for.

Give me your honest opinion in the comments do you use Yelp or do you use Google when looking for a business or reviewing?

Or if you use Yelp out of specificity, is it mainly for restaurants, vacation rentals, etc..?

The more opinions, the better on this one. Load up the comments!

We checked another local rental off the list today. The owners were fighting glare and heat complaints (and were likely dealing with quite a bit of floor fading over time) but were concerned with losing natural light.

Once I went and checked the place out during morning hours and saw the amount of direct sunlight the upper windows were getting, I quickly recommended the popular 20% bronze, which is actually in the darker direction compared to lighter… but as the photos show will still let plenty of light in while definitely combating the issue.

Harmony V31 by Llumar-Vista, a beautiful non-reflective 30% film which is great for certain types of glass.

A few months back, we did the back and a few side windows of this beautiful new cabin and true to tradition, we were called back to do some more this week after the owner loved the results.

Ask us about the pros and cons of non-reflectives and whether yours would be a good candidate!
