Thank you to the Pagan family for allowing Belle Amour Event Design & Floral to be such a big part of Naomi's Quinceañera! The last several weeks of flower making and decor planning have been a whirlwind, but I wouldn't have it any other way. The smile on the Birthday girl's face made all the hard work worth it!
