Hey guys it’s Zoe here. With us only having a month left of the market we want to know what you want to see before we transition to the indoor market? Is there something you want brought back before summer comes to an official close? If so let me know below and I might just add it to the last menu change if the season for Knead!

Also let me know what different items you want to see at the indoor market as well! Do you want to see cinnamon rolls make a return? What about more sweet treats like brownies? I love hearing different ideas from people, not that my brain doesn’t come up with enough every minute of the day.

Lastly, thank you to everyone who has supported us throughout this journey. It has been challenging and there are plenty of times where I have stayed up all night, cried about god knows what, was worried that we wouldn’t be able to afford to get ingredients because after all my husband is the only one who can work. I have two disabled children who both have autism and my oldest has adhd as well so I am unable to work due to not having nor being able to afford daycare or a babysitter. So I do this. I make creations that I love and sell them to you in hopes you love it as much as I did making it. So thank you. When you purchase from us, you are helping real families ❤️

🚨THE WAIT IS FINALLY OVER 🚨

Our menu drop for this weekend at the Seymour Area Farmers Market! Saturday from 8am to Noon! Come down and get your favorite bread or try something new! Come grab a s’mores cookie to celebrate summer coming to an end! We are gonna have two pumpkin streusel loaves to celebrate fall creeping around the corner so you better come get them as soon as you can!

WERE BACK!

Yes you read that right. Knead & Knot will be back this weekend and every weekend through September! Thank you for your patience. We are rested and ready to get back to work. Knead is very ready to get back in the kitchen and make your favorites and some new items that will be dropping this Friday! We’ve got some changes that comes with our return too which I will list down below. Thank you again to everyone for being patient with us! We very much enjoyed this break and it was very much needed. We can’t wait to get back to the market and see everyone!

As for the changes to our menu. We have decided to remove a second option for the cookies and muffins as they have not been performing well. Instead there will be one option for the cookies and muffins. We also have decided to start using a mix of whole wheat flour and All purpose in our muffins and some quick breads, so they are healthier for you and pack more of a nutritious punch! The last change we are implementing since we have slimmed down our cookie and muffin menu, is adding more loaves to the menu. Instead of three each we will try to have at least 4 or more so we can have enough for you guys!

🚨IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT🚨
Hey guys it’s Zoe. Knead (me) will not be at the Seymour farmers market next Saturday August 22nd. I am taking a much deserved week break because honestly I have been running myself into the ground with the amount of work I do. School has started back up and between dealing with Gracie and Carson going on different days and times. Trying to keep routines with two very different autistic children, one of whom also has combined adhd so it’s been a little chaotic.I also have been staying up all night and then going to the market for four hours so honestly I’m beat.

That being said I will return the following weekend, August 29th. With my return will come ingredient swaps for a slightly healthier change to our muffins and banana breads that will include using whole wheat flour instead of all purpose so it packs more nutrients in. We will also be taking some things off the menu now but it will be to make room for more of current menu items. Thank you so much for your support and understanding! I appreciate you.

Good morning everyone! What a warm and beautiful sunny Saturday morning! Come drop by the farmers market to stock up on your favorite bread or come see what our cookie butter cinnamon rolls are all about. P.s. one of the mini cinnamon rolls containers has 5 instead of 4 because we had extra. Enough to share with your friends or eat to yourself. Here at Knead & Knot we don’t judge bc we too would eat the entire container to ourselves. Come down and say hi and see us today
