I work really hard to ensure your order is complete in a timely manner, I do not work full time or specified hours as being a Mommy is my first priority :) I have limited stock of items on hand, if I have to order your item, order completion may be delayed due to shipping times. Shipping cost will be charged to buyer

Designs: I love creating and designing for my customers! Most custom designs I do not charge an additional fee to create and can only be used with the rights of AMPLe Designs and would not be allowed for use outside of AMPLe Designs. If you would like rights to the design and file digitally sent to you, you will be charged a design and use fee. If there is a particular design that I am not able to create and I have to purchase design, you will be charged for the cost of the design. Any changes to designs once approved will incur $5 fee per chance. When creating custom designs, I get your ideas and work to put the design together based on your preferences. I will make up to 3 changes to original design with no extra charge. Return Policy:
Due to the custom details of each order, I do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once I start working on the product. If customer would like to make changes after approved design, it will be at the cost of the customer for an additional product. However, if I make a mistake on a name spelling or date, I will redo your order. Redos will not be done if design was approved by customer. Please ensure you give correct spelling of names, correct dates and specific details of your order request. Please Note:
Bleached items are hand bleached and no item will be identical. Bleaching requires sunlight, which may delay order completion. Sublimation printing involves printing from a solid to a gas onto a finished product. During this process, I strive to achieve colors desired, but some variations of certain colors can and will be altered. I can not guarantee color matching.
