Needed: Paint Department Operator

Job Summary:

This position will provide retail customer service such as answering phones, taking / filling paint orders as well as warehouse duties such as restocking, inventory, and cleaning.

Major duties and responsibilities:

Helping customers with paint orders or supplies
Answer phones and greet walk in customers
Tinting paint as well as custom matching paint
Maintaining tint machines (Fill colorant/ Clean)
Restock retail shelves and warehouse shelves
Keeping a clean workspace for customers to walk into
Maintaining inventory

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED
Must be able to pass a drug test
Ability to manage multiple customers
Must have good communication skills with customers
Ability to work a 5 day work week

Warehouse manager / Delivery Driver

Job Summary:

This position will supply warehousing and administrative support to the project and operations team. This will include performing general warehousing duties along with delivery distribution of project material.

Major duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for loading and unloading freight trucks by hand, use of hand truck, or forklift.
Properly label and shelve received product.
Process daily packing slips
Prepare orders for field use.
Monitor orders and delivery schedules of material.
Assume responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results impacting the staff, cost and quality of service.
Perform minor clerical work such as filing and organizing.

Minimum qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED or 6 months to 1 year of related experience.
Valid Indiana driver’s license.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
Forklift experience preferred.
Ability to organize and manage multiple projects, and priorities within established deadlines.
Ability to express one’s self in routine correspondence.
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Must have good phone skills, and interact well with others.
Ability to carry out instructions furnished written, verbally, or in diagram form.
