Every December, couples kiss under the mistletoe to celebrate their love during the holidays. Have you ever wondered how the tradition started?

In the 18th century, it became ubiquitous with Christmas cheer. The mistletoe tradition blossomed, first among English servants and eventually expanding to the middle class. The basis of the mistletoe tradition was that men were allowed to kiss any woman seen underneath mistletoe -- and refusal to accept was considered bad luck.

Stop by and welcome our newest dealer, Craft Union Vintage, they will be doing a pup-up shop on the sidewalk in front of us. Be sure check out there line of vintage clothing.

We also just got in a trailer load of exceptional antique furniture, most of which is from the mid to late 1800’s.
