A yoke appreciation post.

I am absolutely loving how gorgeous this yarn is working up from Sweet Pea and Sparrow in Sweater Weather. This yarn base is incredibly soft being as it’s made from Baby Alpaca & Peruvian Pima Cotton.
I can’t wait to get this one finished so I can cozy up in it all through the cooler months! (It’s going to take me that long to get it done as I have a little one at home that gets my time first 🥰)

What knitting looks like for me lately 💛

I’m working up my second Sourdough Sock. So excited to get these done!

I’ve been working on finishing up projects lately and only casted on one new one so far. I feel pretty accomplished in that fact 😜

2026 FO list continues!

My son requested a Wyoming Cowboy theme sweater. He chose all the details from the design and the colors. I try to get his input on what he wants to see for his annual sweater from Mom.

Makes my heart so happy how excited he gets when his new knits are ready to wear. He took it to school yesterday to show his friends and teachers 🥰🥹

Yarn from Sweet Pea and Sparrow in Harvest Grains and from in Wyo Brown.
No pattern was used.

Working up a pair of in the most gorgeous moody color from Sweet Pea and Sparrow for our Feburary MAL. “Smudge sticks “ in all its glory. Can’t wait to get get this pair finished!

Working up a basic raglan pullover for my oldest. He requested Wyoming Cowboy colors.

Got a couple sweet beanies off my needles recently.
Beautiful Cross my Heart pattern by the talented Noemi @ Jackibean. Her attention to details from the options in colorwork charts to the written instructions is amazing. If you are a beginner wanting to jump into colorwork for the first time or a seasoned knitter her patterns are perfect!

I’ve had the on repeat lately. I made my husband one a while back with scrap yarn and he loved it so much the request for more was instantly submitted.

I even had a request for a purple one for a Christmas gift. This is an easy pattern to mindlessly whip up and it works for everyone in the family.
