Today's card was inspired by a sketch from the Creative Collab Crew #17, although by the time I finished it, it looks nothing like the sketch. 😁 That sometimes happens when I start with a sketch. It truly is just a jumping off place for me..... In any case, I decided to grab the Creative Celebrations Designer Series Paper as it had the colors I wanted to use, a hot foiled sentiment set and the gingerbread man stamp from Home For Christmas as my starting points. I hope you are liking the beginning of the holiday cards.

For my second card this week, I've used Designer Series Paper to do the heavy lifting which makes this card quick and simple. Because this pack of paper has four sheets of three double-sided designs, you can make a lot of cards quickly and they won’t all be exactly alike as the scenery dsp sheet has several different scenes and you have a small bit of control in it depending on how you cut it up. I've thrown in a few die cuts, a little stamping, a bow and embellishments to finish it off. For this card I’ve used the bears, but there are also deer or elk along with some bunnies and a fox. Using just the one pattern in the dsp gives you 24 easy card fronts. I hope you like it!

For my card today I've combined several techniques along with a fun fold to make this beautiful holiday card. I saw this fold the other day and decided to give it a try. I didn't use anyone else's measurements so mine may not be exactly what someone else used. I based mine on the stitched rectangle size embedded in the scalloped rectangle die. While this card does take a bit of time, it's well worth it and is pretty simple to put together. I hope you give it a try.

I had the idea for this card in my head but didn't have any current trees to make it come together. The Merry Mischief bundle doesn't have trees because it has a giant mushroom house for the gnomes! I love it so much; however, the mushroom wasn't what I was looking for in the moment. I search my retired inventory and found the largest tree from Merriest Trees fit the idea perfectly. It's whimsical and just the right size. So, I grabbed it, added the gnome, then decorated with the Christmas Epoxy dots and I have to say, I love the way it turned out. In case you hadn't noticed, there's a sneak peek of November Online Exclusives product on my card today. I had to see if the new mulberry paper could be hot foiled, so I decided to give my Starry Night plate a try on the paper. It worked so well! I was actually quite surprised and I thought the fibers in the mulberry paper really add to the look of the night sky I was going for.

For my treat box today, I've taken one of my previous fold-flat boxes and used current fall products to make this beautiful box you could use at your Thanksgiving table as a place holder or treat to take home. It's a mash up of several bundles used to achieve a very unique look. I do love how it turned out don't you!?

This is the first of two treat boxes this week using our fall product line up. I hope you like this quick and easy two-piece box sized to fit the Advent Label punch. It perfectly fits two of the Toney Chocoloney bite size chocolates you can pick up at either your local Home Goods store or you can find them on Amazon. Hint: They're actually less expensive at Home Goods as their bag is a little larger than the one I found on Amazon.
