Dark Chocolate Peppermint PiƱa Colada with Vanilla and Amaretto Buttercream

Ingredients:
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 oz peppermint schnapps
- 1 oz coconut cream
- 1 oz heavy cream
- 4 oz fresh pineapple juice
- 1 oz dark chocolate syrup
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp amaretto liqueur
Directions:
