Quick easy dinner on the Spider Grills giant huntsman. Our own Joel White through down a recipe he learned from his buddy Dooger on the coast. Super easy you can throw it in the oven but we think everything tastes better cooked outside on a grill!

2 pork tenderloins (we got ours from Carlton Farms )
Season with Chad Ward “The Grove”
Top with a bottle of Keli's Gluten-Free Sauce “orange sauce”
One cup of your favorite rosé
Top with a cup of craisons

Throw it on at 350 for 30 minutes or until temp hits 145. Pull and let rest!

We are loving the Spider Grills Giant Huntsman over here at The Grill Center ! Our own pit master Joel White put it to use cooking up a turkey breast!

Turkey Breast:
Brine - Chad Ward “The Dunk”
Injection - cajun butter
The Rub - Ryan Lane course black pepper and Chad Ward “The Bird”

Smoked at 225 for 5 hours until internal temp hit 160!
