Demolition of Kitchen for client in S.W. Portland. The house was built in 1940 and has had many years of D.I.Y.

Dry rot and mold was found behind refrigerator due to faulty building practices. The entire floor will have to be replaced. Fortunately, we have helped our client open a mold claim with their home insurance provider and will be working with them to make full repairs shortly.
