This was a really fun project we did last winter for some great people that have become good friends of ours!
We took this one all the way down to the studs, framed in and closed off a kinda odd doorway that was meant to connect the master bedroom to the bathroom but was rarely used, we relocated the plumbing to accommodate the new center bowl sink, reframed the wall for a large 48” recessed medicine cabinet with led lighting and heated glass to cut back on steam, updated all of the electrical and replaced all of the sheet rock. Installed a beautiful new Kohler tub, subway tile solid surface wall surround and semi-frameless glass doors. We upgraded the space with all new matte black fixtures throughout, recessed shower niche and matching matte black valves and accessories then pulled the whole room together with this gorgeous ocean blue hexagon tile!
Some really easy going people that made my time in their home very enjoyable. A true pleasure putting this one together for them.

This was an amazing kitchen reno we did last winter for some great people that had been dreaming of renovating their kitchen for a few years… then we met each other only to find out that we had worked together before I went out on my own.
We started this project by redesigning the space to remove the island and installing a peninsula which opened up the kitchen for better work flow, as well as creating a more functional space for entertaining and separating the kitchen from the dining room. A larger window above the sink was high on the bucket list, so we removed the old window, reframed the opening and installed a 36” picture window to match the larger 36” sink. Removed the outdated desk/telephone nook and completely rebuilt the area with a custom live edge walnut coffee bar with matching walnut shelves with under mount lighting and a beautiful herringbone backsplash. We installed the same herringbone backsplash around the sink and stove area up to the ceiling and also installed matching under mount lighting for these cabinets. The old pantry areas were repurposed to accommodate the new convection oven, new cabinets, larger fridge and sliding barn door pantry. We removed and replaced almost all of the sheet rock since we were redoing all of the electrical fixtures. Replaced all of the wood trim throughout the dining room, kitchen, first floor bathroom, and laundry room. We also installed a laundry sink so they would have something to use to wash dishes during the renovation. This required new water lines and drainage to be installed.
We love transforming these spaces to make them more functional and more beautiful for people to enjoy for many years to come.

Just love that feeling when everything falls right into place! This was such a fun bathroom renovation we did last summer while the homeowners were out of town for a couple of weeks. During a busy season of juggling multiple projects, the stars aligned, the schedule landed perfectly on the estimated start date and we couldn’t have asked for better clients! Having the whole place to ourselves during the demo and most of the finishing phase is always a huge help.
We replaced the old one piece fiberglass tub unit with a beautiful Kohler soaking tub and Flexstone wall surround system from tub to ceiling. Installed new hexagon mosaic tile floor, new vanity with quartz top, all new plumbing fixtures, electrical, exhaust fan, paint and accessories. We also relocated the plumbing for the toilet so it would be a couple more inches away from the window wall. This was a special request detail that we were happy to take care of as the homeowner always felt like the toilet was just too close to the wall making it uncomfortable.
We love every project that we do but sometimes it all just feels like it was meant to be.

An absolute pleasure renovating this bathroom for some really amazing people! This one started with the hexagon floor tiles. The homeowner had a couple of boxes left over from a previous reno, and we were able to find what we were told were the “last four boxes in existence” to be able to have enough to tile the bathroom floor. We scooped those up right away! The homeowner chose a modern look going with a 4”x12” gray subway tile in the shower with black grout, matching gray vanity and cabinet above the toilet, and all matte black fixtures and hardware throughout. We added 2x4 blocking for accessories while replacing most of the drywall, updated the electrical and plumbing as needed, installed “GoBoard” waterproof tile backer board in the shower area, and replaced the old ceiling vent/light. We used a subtle off white paint that we absolutely love, installed all new 5” base board and added a few trim details to get a seamless look throughout. It’s all about the process and we can’t be happier with how this one turned out!
