it's time for a damn-near-September update, I suppose! Candle sales always dwindle in the summer months, so we let August sweep us away to Oregon to recharge and celebrate my 38th birthday (this photo is of me calf-deep in the Rogue River). Orders for our tin travel candles are trickling back in, which has me thinking: as cooler weather approaches and the veil thins, what scents are you leaning toward? The same old classics? Something elevated and unique?

ancient basalt lava flows, sagebrush, and wildflowers 🌵 HIGH DESERT blends a deep breath of chamomile, sun-ripened pear, and sage, rugged notes of palo santo and patchouli, and softens it all with herbal, floral notes of rose & lavender. this is a gorgeous scented candle with notes beautifully layered: earthy, petrichoric, and balanced.
