***Sunday Shout-Out***

This time we went to The Pearl Shreveport.

We had Brisket and Grits topped with corn and Pecan Catfish with grits and green beans.

The presentation looked nice and the food was good. I always like catfish done in a different way besides fried (although fried is good). I never had brisket with grits and it was good. The service was nice.

If you like Southern style cooking and fish, give them a try if you haven't done so, and support a local business. They also have oysters.
