Griffin's Glassworks Hi, I'm Warren. I enjoy making art with glass including stained glass, windchimes, and crafts. Thanks! Griffin's Glassworks is named after our dachshund Griffin.

He inspired my first stained glass creation. I enjoy working with glass to create art and like to use upcycled glass bottles in my pieces.

Bringing a little Peanuts nostalgia to life!

I made this Snoopy stained glass suncatcher a while back, and it’s still one of my favorite pieces.
I really loved mixing up the textures and colors for the patchwork border—using a combination of smooth, textured, and cathedral glass to let the light play in different ways. Snoopy himself is made from opaque white glass so his classic look stands out right in the center.

Bring a little magic into your home!

Check out this handmade Mickey Mouse suncatcher, crafted entirely from the bottom of an upcycled green w**e bottle. I love how the natural texture of the glass catches the light.
What do you think of this eco-friendly Disney piece?

Art comes in many forms, and today I’m sharing a masterpiece of a different kind!

My son welded this beautiful sea turtle for the 4-H Parish Fair using nothing but an old shovel, a lawnmower blade, and a lot of imagination.
As a glass artist, I am so inspired by his ability to see something beautiful in raw, recycled materials. So incredibly proud of his hard work.

Mardi Gras spirit meets upcycled art!

My talented wife painted this incredible Louisiana crawfish on a piece of reclaimed fence board. The best part? She topped it off with a gorgeous, hand-melted fleur-de-lis medallion made from an upcycled w**e bottle. I love how the glass catches the sunlight! What do you think of her creation?

I finally finished restoring this gorgeous stained glass lamp! The biggest challenge was rebuilding the butterfly wings—matching that tight, three-dimensional curvature of the shade took a lot of patience and trial by error. I recently found the perfect vintage-style base to complete the look. Now it sits in my home, lit up elegantly and reminding me that the hard work was completely worth it.

They say practice makes perfect, and who better to practice on than family? ❤️ For one of my first stained glass pieces, I decided to make a colorful tribute to our dog, Griffin. Getting the lines and glass cuts right for those floppy ears was a labor of love!

Let’s toast to Louisiana!

This handmade suncatcher is crafted right from the bottom of an upcycled w**e bottle, giving a whole new meaning to "southern hospitality." I love how the natural glass texture catches the light, perfectly framing the boot shape we all know and love.

Perfect for catching those beautiful Louisiana sunbeams in a window, or gifting to someone who holds a piece of the Pelican State in their heart.
