Meet Chris Michaud. Over the past year, Chris has become an integral part of our team. As Drone Operator, he is responsible for obtaining Drone footage to help us better evaluate our customers' roofing needs. Through thermal imaging, we are better able to detect leaks that may not even be known to the property owner.

Qualifications

· Ability to pass a background check

· Ability to pass a drug test

· Must possess a valid driver’s license

· Must have basic computer skills including, but not limited to, Office 365 and Google Suite

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· 3 years’ experience in roofing, construction or related field

· Ability to adapt to constantly evolving project demands

· Ability to speak Spanish a plus

· Strong communications skills

· Must be able to work with others and promote a “team” environment

· Must be self-motivated

· Must be detail-oriented

· Must possess above average organizational and time-management skills



Benefits

· Base salary $55,000 a year with possible performance bonuses

Responsibilities

· The primary function of the Project Manager is to ensure all aspects of the project are flowing properly from bid to final punch list

· Placing orders with manufacturers, ensuring a timely delivery and ensuring all materials are included in the order

· Schedule subcontractors, equipment deliveries and employees

· Provide daily updates on progress, recommendations and/or insights

· Site visits to ensure quality installation, progress expectations and foresee delays

· Set up crew to perform cleanup of location and remove any excess materials

· Meet with inspectors

· Complete all punch list items

· Communicate with office personnel for billing deadlines, change orders or add-ons

· Provide a job assessment to improve or streamline job flow
