Due to the custom nature of these items we cannot accept returns. Tumblers are Made to order and do have a couple of days processing time. Due to sublimation process final product may have slight differences from sample picture. I do make sure every cup is in good quality, sometimes the color is slightly altered due to the baking process but I do try to minimize any blowouts. Hand wash only
