When I was not carnivore They knew me as Tac ho, Tacos anytime. I missed tacos when becoming carnivore. When I found out about cheese taco shells. I now can return to being a tac ho. But now I am a Carnivore Tac ho.

Super easy to make. Lay parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Place a good pile of shredded cheese on the parchment paper. Spread it out thick to the size you desire. Sprinle with ground pork rinds. Cook at 350 for about 12 minutes until crisp on the edges.

Only pizza was a run runner up to tacos. Now I can have both cheese is the best.~~

I first heard about this idea from a friend who follows a strict carnivore diet and needed easy, high-protein meals for busy weekdays. Instead of using tortillas, she used eggs as the wrap, filled them with juicy steak and cheese, and I knew I had to try it.
