🥓🧀 Creamy Carnivore Beef Bacon Alfredo Casserole
A rich, cheesy, and satisfying carnivore-style casserole loaded with seasoned ground beef, crispy bacon, creamy Alfredo sauce, and plenty of melted cheese!
Ingredients
1½ lbs ground beef
8 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy cream
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 large eggs
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove, crumble, and set aside.
In the same skillet, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease if desired.
Add butter, cream cheese, and heavy cream to a saucepan over low heat.
Stir until the cream cheese melts and the sauce becomes smooth.
Add Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until creamy.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, bacon, and Alfredo sauce.
Whisk the eggs separately, then gently mix them into the beef mixture.
Transfer everything to a greased casserole dish.
Top with mozzarella and a little extra Parmesan.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and golden on top.
Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving. 🥓🔥
