My daughter felt this neckline was too wide, so I stitched out some lace straps for her. This is a Zundt Tulle Lace Collection which I stitched on a stretch mesh. It's never hard to find the color you need when you make it yourself!

"What's Gina sewing this week?"
This pajama was a fun project to sew on the serger. The main body is a rib knit from Fabric Town USA in Ventura, and I ordered the power stretch in pink from KnitFabrics.com. As power knit doesn't ravel, the bum ruffles are raw edged. Sewing or serging a rolled hem creates a stiff edge that wouldn't ruffle nicely. The ruffle down the front hides a zipper for easy entry.
