🍎 Tomorrow, we’re serving up our sweetest event of the year! 🍎

The Hay Creek Apple Festival starts TOMORROW at 7 a.m. at historic Joanna Furnace—and admission is FREE!

Bring your appetite, gather your favorite people, and join us for a weekend filled with delicious food, fall activities, and flea market treasures!

🥞 Make us your breakfast stop! Start your morning with a delicious bite before exploring the festival.
🛍️ Shop the flea market and see what treasures you discover.
🍎 🥧 Calling all bakers! Bring your homemade apple creation and complete recipe tomorrow between 8–9 a.m. to enter the Apple Baking Contest! Choose your favorite apple variety and bring your homemade creation to Joanna Furnace on Saturday, October 10, between 8 and 9 a.m. Please include a copy of your complete recipe.

Enter one of five categories: Breads/Cakes, Cookies, Pies, Miscellaneous, or Youth for bakers under 18. Judging begins at 10 a.m., and winners will be announced during the day. First-place winners in the four adult categories will each receive $30; the Youth category winner will receive a non-cash prize.

All baked entries will be sold at the festival, with proceeds supporting the restoration of Joanna Furnace. So whether your recipe has been passed down for generations or you’ve created something entirely your own, we’d love to see what you bake!
