TJ&B Material Yard - Mulch, Stone and More

09/28/2026

Great news! We plan to reopen the material yard Tuesday, September 29.

Thank you for your patience and support while we’ve been helping Tony recover and get settled back at home. We may still need to close a day here and there so I can take him to appointments and physical therapy. Please bear with us a little longer, and we’ll keep you updated.
Thank you again for every prayer. We have felt each one.

Busting out of rehab

We are so thankful for every phone call, text, message, card, and prayer. This accident has been scary, but through it all, we know Jesus was with him in that car and has carried him every step of the way. His story isn’t over yet. He still has a lot of healing ahead, and gets tired pretty quick. We know so many of you are eager to see him, and that just shows the kind of guy he is. Please call before stopping by so we can make sure he’s feeling up to a visit.
We are excited to watch him get stronger, get back in the shop, and back to the things he loves. Thank you for loving, standing by him, and continuing to pray for him.

We are also so thankful for everyone recommending Encompass, they are wonderful.

We’re having trouble with our phone line. Calls to 864-313-4961 are not connecting right now. We can still make calls and send and receive texts, so please text us at that number if you need to reach us. We’re working to get incoming calls restored. Thank you for your patience! A little update ❤️ Brian’s dad is on his way to healing, and we are so thankful for the progress he has made. He still has a long road ahead, but we are hoping to have him moved to rehab within the next couple of days. Once we get him settled, I plan to reopen the material yard and get back to normal as soon as possible. I’ll post an update with our reopening day. Thank you all so much for the prayers, messages, support, and understanding during this difficult time. It has meant more to our family than you know. Please keep the prayers coming!

Which hardwood mulch is right for you?

If you’ve ever wondered what the difference is between double-ground and single-ground hardwood mulch, we put together this quick comparison!
Both are great options, but they have a little different look and work better for different areas.
Double-ground: finer, cleaner & gives your beds that nice finished look.
Single-ground: chunkier, lasts longer & is great for slopes and areas where you want more coverage.
So whether you’re freshening up your flower beds or getting your yard ready for fall, we’ve got you covered! ❤️
