Today we’re giving a special shout out to our employee of the month, Marshall! In his diligence of working hard, showing up on time, (although he is usually 15-20 minutes late) and his bubbly attitude towards life. A few of his accomplishments this month:

* Shoveled the shop’s front sidewalk once this year.

* Watched someone else vacuum the shop’s floors.

* Has only spilt coffee once this year.

It’s that time of year again where we announce the Employee of the Year! After much consideration, and discussion with the board, we have come to a decision!

This year’s Employee of the Year is Marshall! For his constant work ethic, mostly showing up time, preparing coffee, and letting me know when we’re out of snacks!

This month’s special achievements include, but are not limited to:

• Stopping Santa Claus from invading our household.

• Rescued Montana from the North Pole, they mistook him for an Elf, he’s 5’5”.

• Ate 14 dozen cookies, over the course of 12 hours. He was asleep the whole time.

Today we’re giving a special shout out to our employee of the month, Marshall! In his diligence of working hard, showing up on time, (although he is usually 15-20 minutes late) and his bubbly attitude towards life. A few of his accomplishments this month:

* Practicing his Customer Service.

* Picked out two new coffee flavors for the shop.

* Organized all of the shipping boxes. I had to later come back and reorganize as I didn’t know where anything was.

His dedication has earned him Employee Of The Month! Congratulations! 🎈🍾🎉🎊 😎 🦍 💚💪

Today we’re giving a special shout out to our employee of the month (For October), Marshall! In his diligence of working hard, showing up on time, (although he is usually 15-20 minutes late) and his bubbly attitude towards life. A few of his accomplishments this month:

* Ate all the candy in the shop, without sharing.

* Scared two ghosts away from the shop.

* Set a new personal record with only getting scared once during Halloween.

* Learned how to play the phonograph horn!

* Didn’t use AI at work this month.

* Only drank 45 pots of coffee in the month of September.
