We are so excited we have decided to bring back Family Fun Nights to Kick Off our Monthly Trade Market Days starting in October... plus we will be adding more... we are working on getting great Live Music for folks to come out enjoy a cocktail and have a place to dance and just relax in the Backyard.... We are going to look at having co****le boards out and so much more set up for kids to enjoy...

We are working hard on bringing one of the best places to come visit daily, monthly and just anytime...

So, with that in mind, we need help with local singers... we are still trying to make this place grow, so we need help from local singers that will come out and help us out with discounted fees to entertain our guest... As we grow we will return the love...

This week...

** Wednesday Live Sale at 9am... this is the First Wednesday of the month so we pull all of the previous sale items and mark them down to steals, along with new items being added to the weekly sale rack and showcase a few new items for a discount.

** Small Business Showcase on Thursday 4-8pm, we will even whip up the W**e A Rita Machine for our guest!

Then we have Trade Market Days coming next weekend!!

Trade Market Days are upon us... we still have plenty of room for you....

September 12 & 13th in Snook, Texas
just minutes from B/CS and Brenham area!

We are looking for U!!! Are you a crafter, collector, artist or musician??? We are expanding and growing each month and one day we will be full.... we are a family here and want our vendors to be successful and grow with us!
Persistence is KEY!
We know we are up against Caldwell Kolache Festival this year and we want you to visit Downtown Caldwell and the great event that Burleson County Chamber of Commerce puts on each year, but we have to be persistence and keep going each month to grow the best Trade Market in Burleson County and hopefully the Brazos Valley.... So after you have had your fill of Kolaches and supporting downtown Caldwell, come hang out with us in Snook... we may even see if we can get the TAMU game on a big screen out here for a watch party! (work in progress)... Plus we will have Texas Toast Mobile Bar on site Saturday & Sunday for your cocktails!

Mark your calendar's for this Thursday, we will have our first of several Small Business Showcase Thursday's.... this week we will have Church House Creations in the house making custom hats with her cool Hat Bar, Angela Flores Moore with Pink Glow Collective Mary Kary, and also Jennifer Evans with The Rusty Rein Tack Shop which is a mobile Tack Shop... and finally I am cleaning out one of my many craft closets, so I will have some craft supplies at a low discount price to move out and get ready to clean out another space.
