Just a reminder and some updates -
Our office is unfortunately extremely short staffed this year. Due to this, we ask that you allow 24-48 hrs for all call backs. Although we try to keep up the best we can, some things fall through the cracks and we sincerely apologize!
Although a little late for this season, our main goal for next year is to have a full office staff for sales and technical support. We are also trying to expand our installation and service crews, but that will take time. We will not be dispatching crews that we are not confident can meet/surpass our standards of installation. Our client’s safety & satisfaction will always be of utmost importance.
This includes NFI certifications, as well as other certs/training from the manufacturers we offer.
This is a must, to assure proper installations and services are being performed.
Our chimney sweeps/woodstove maintenance/installations are into November.
Yes, we continue installations through winter on a case by case basis.
Bid turn arounds - bids are done after hours. Time frames for returns are unknown. Just know we get to them as soon as we can.
Our office is open Monday - Thursday 9am - 4pm
With weekend and after hours appointments available upon request.
We know it’s not ideal to have such a small crew, but we are confident that our high standards and expectations are what have kept this company alive while also carrying a high satisfaction rate for over 40 years. We will not be bending those to take on more work or increase sales. What is most important to us is making sure we do it right.
Please keep in mind, we have always been a small family operated company.
