My heart is absolutely broken 💔 My dear friend and one of the first contractors I worked for when I started our Closet Business in 1996, Wendell Hammons has passed away. I loved him so and always looked forward to seeing his comments and posts. He was so funny and always had a story to tell.

His favorite story, mine too, was the first time I was supposed to meet him and measure a house for shelving, my phone rang at like 6am and it was his wife. She was calling to let me know he'd had a heart attack and as they were loading him in the helicopter, he told her she had to call the little Closet Girl and tell her he wasn't going to be able to meet me! Lol.

Forever in my heart my precious friend. Till we meet again in the resurrection. Prayers for all his family and friends.

We had the privilege of installing these Gorgeous Plantation Wood Shutters and Motorized Solar Roller Shades in Berea, KY for our long time customers Joeann and Keith Carpenter.

These turned out beautifully! 🤍

In the living room, we installed motorized solar roller shades to help control heat and glare while still allowing the homeowners to enjoy their outdoor view. With the convenience of motorization, comfort and light control are available at the touch of a button.

In the master bath and master closet, we installed beautiful arch-top Plantation Wood Shutters, custom designed to follow the unique architectural lines of each window. They provide privacy and light control while giving these spaces a clean, timeless finish.

I thought I'd share what its like to have a BAD day, since we only share the GOOD days 😉

Today, 3 shades ordered with wrong drop 😳

All MY fault!

Didn't check off a teenie tiny little box for back drop! 😭

1 Fabric Roman Shade with wrong fabric....NOT MY FAULT! Factory got it wrong 🎊

These DAYS are few and far between THANK GOODNESS! But we are human and we make mistakes, sometimes they're a little more costly than others, today was very costly 😵‍💫. It sure makes for a very stressful, anxiety through the roof, kinda day!

Appreciate understanding customers 😊

Now let's hope that's got our quota in for awhile 😜
