Well, life has been a little bit of a dumpster fire lately.
First, my car was totaled. Then came the stress of finding a replacement, navigating the whole process, and finally getting my new Jeep! Just when I thought I could take a breath and things might settle down, I got taken out by COVID.
So if I’ve been quiet around here, that’s why. Life has been lifing HARD. I’m currently in the “survive, rest, recover, and try not to lose my mind” stage of things😂
Tomorrow is also my least favorite day of the year. Somehow, it’s been fourteen years since I’ve seen Amy’s face. I honestly can’t believe I even wrote that sentence. Fourteen years💔 I miss her every day, but the 26th is always rough. No matter how much time passes, there are some losses that never stop hurting.
So here I am, sick, exhausted, missing the girl I called my sister, and trying to make it through one day at a time🖤
