2 lbs of ricotta
1 juice of a lemon
Zest of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup of Fresh Grated Romano cheese

Braised chicken and bacon so 😋 We made the braised chicken and bacon, it was the best 😘❤️😚 We could not stop talking this recipe and the flavor. 😍

3tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp salted butter
3 onions chopped
1 cloves garlic, finely minced
8 deboned chicken thighs, skin removed
2 cups chicken broth, divided
1 package 13oz bacon cut into 1/2 in pieces
Salt and pepper to taste!

Maddalena tried a recipe from Nadia Saputo’s cookbook to make slow cooked chicken with thick-cut bacon on the stovetop. While the main dish was slow cooking, potatoes sprinkled with crispy Parmesan and truffle salt were roasted in the oven as a side 💙

Spaghetti Squash! Buonissimo ❤️

Recipe Below!📌 Spaghetti Squash
⁃ 2 spaghetti squash
⁃ 1 jar of tomato sauce
⁃ Sprinkle of nutmeg on each squash
⁃ Salt and pepper to taste
⁃ Rub about 2-3 tbsp of evoo on each squash
⁃ Mariana sauce recipe is already posted but you can use store bought!

I always had them in the freezer Shrimp Marsala ❤️ 🍤🦐 so I can whip up a meal at any time. After years of doing this you learn different ways of preparing them and one of our favorites is Marsala❤️ I wish you guys could smell it through the phone! 😋❤️❤️

Shrimp Marsala
1/2lb of jumbo shrimp
1/2 stick of butter
3tbsp of fresh parsley
6 sticks of fresh Thyme
4 garlic cloves chopped
Flour for coating shrimp
2 small baskets of mushrooms
1 onion chopped
3/4 cup of Marsala w**e
1 cup of chicken broth
Salt & pepper to taste
Splash of half & half
