Acclaimed High End Residential Interior Design Firm in search of experienced candidate to support fast-paced Design Team.
Responsibilities include general accounting, preparation of deposit requests for client billing, preparation and issuance of monthly design bills,
and post-installation billing. General Office Management and ‘Big Picture” forecasting with the company’s founder will also be required.

Applicant should be a highly motivated self-starter with experience in:
-The Design Industry and “Design Manager” software.
-Maintaining monthly billing, cash-flow and bank reconciliations.
-Reviewing design proposals and creating Deposit Requests.
-Post-Installation Billing.
-General Ledger maintenance.
-Payroll.
-Quarterly Tax Filing and year-end Tax preparation.
-Monthly sales tax filings for multiple states.
-Preparing 1099’s for multiple businesses within company umbrella.
-Credit Card Reconciliation.
-Maintenance of Office Supplies.
