Gold’s Horseradish Cream Cheese Dip
Serves: 8 to 10

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Gold’s Horseradish
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh chopped chives

INSTRUCTIONS:
In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, Gold’s Horseradish, garlic powder, salt black pepper, and chives. Cover, and let sit for 10 minutes in the fridge.

Serve with potato chips, pita chips, and vegetables.

Sweet and Sour Duck Sauce Meatballs
Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS:
1-lb lean ground beef
⅓ cup breadcrumbs
1 large egg
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup Gold’s Duck Sauce
⅓ cup barbecue sauce
2 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 green onion, thinly sliced, to serve
1 teaspoon sesame seeds, to serve

INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 375˚F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Bake meatballs for 20 minutes*.

In a medium saucepan, combine the Gold’s Duck Sauce, barbeque sauce, and rice vinegar.

Simmer meatballs in sauce for 15 min. Remove from heat. Cool slightly before serving.

*Cook meatballs until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) for safety.

HONEY HORSERADISH SALMON
Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS:
1 lemon, thinly sliced
4, 125-150g salmon filets
2 tablespoons Gold’s Horseradish
4 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 400F. Generously grease a baking tray.
In a small bowl, combine the Gold’s Horseradish, honey, garlic powder, and olive oil. Arrange the lemon slices on the tray in an even layer. Place the salmon filets on top of the lemon slices. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon the Gold’s Horseradish mixture onto each salmon filet, spreading to coat the filet. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, depending on thickness. To test for doneness, the salmon should be opaque and flaky.

Beet and Citrus Salad with Horseradish Dressing
Serves: 4

CITRUS INGREDIENTS:
5 medium beets, roasted or steamed, peeled
1 grapefruit, peeled and cut into ½ inch circles
2 medium oranges, peeled and cut into ½ inch circles
2 cups arugula
¼ cup torn fresh parsley leaves
¼ cup shelled roasted pistachios

DRESSING INGREDIENTS:
1 medium shallot, finely chopped
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Gold’s Prepared Horseradish
1 teaspoon honey
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
Quarter the beets and place in a large bowl or serving platter with the grapefruit, and oranges. Top with the arugula, parsley, and pistachios, tossing to combine.

In a small bowl, whisk together the shallot, apple cider vinegar, Horseradish and honey. While mixing, slowly drizzle in the oil. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad right before serving.

Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS:
2 English cucumbers, thinly sliced
¼ cup thinly sliced shallots
¼ cup roasted sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon Gold’s horseradish
1 teaspoon honey
Juice of 1 lemon
½ teaspoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
¼ cup fresh dill

In a large bowl, combine thinly sliced cucumbers, shallots, and roasted sunflower seeds.

In a small bowl, whisk together the Gold’s Horseradish, honey, lemon juice and zest, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

LUNCH? BRUNCH? WHENEVER...THIS RECIPE PACKS A PUNCH! Enjoy our Gold's Zesty Mustard with Horseradish Dressing on Tuna Nicoise Salad

Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS:
½ lb. baby potatoes, halved
4 large eggs, boiled, peeled, and halved
½ lb. green beans, trimmed
4 cups lettuce, torn
½ cup olives, pitted
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
½ english cucumber, sliced
1 tbsp capers
2 cans tuna, packed in water, drained

DRESSING:
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp mustard
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp Gold’s horseradish
2 tbsp chopped parsley
¼ cup olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

PREPARATION:
1. In a large pot filled with salted water, boil the potatoes for 10 minutes. Add the eggs, and boil for 4 minutes. Add the green beans. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
2. Strain into a colander, and rinse with cool water.
3. Meanwhile, combine garlic, Gold’s Mustard, vinegar, Gold’s Horseradish, parsley and olive oil in a bowl.
4. Add the cooked potatoes, beans, and eggs to the lettuce, olives, tomatoes, cucumber, capers, and tuna on a large serving plate.
5. Drizzle with dressing.
6. Enjoy!
