Lacie, my main point of contact, was exceptional — she handled everything from scheduling and follow-ups to payments with professionalism and care. Her responsiveness and attention to detail made me feel like a priority every step of the way.

Gary was incredibly helpful in selecting the right window treatments for my home. My office was one of the toughest rooms to manage due to its large windows and constant sun exposure, but Gary’s recommendations were spot on. Chris and Daelin installed the perfect shades — all remote-controlled — and the room is now cooler, more comfortable, and one of my favorite spaces.

We also upgraded a three-pane window in the family room to a single, sleek blind (also remote-operated), which not only looks great but improved temperature control significantly. Currently, we’re planning another install for a skylight in the office — again with a remote-control option.
