Apparently what occupies my brain now is furniture with lore.

I’ve been mildly obsessed with ’s embroidered Story Stools, which can be layered with personal symbols and memories, and ’s wood furniture with the tiniest customizable inlay details. These are the kinds of pieces I love finding because there’s something to discover beyond a beautiful chair.

I know I chose the right career because “just one more showroom” is a perfectly reasonable way to spend an afternoon.

Getting excited about handmade tile, tracking down the perfect vintage piece, partnering with local makers, and helping a home find its personality is very much our idea of a good time.

These kids’ rooms have personality for days 💕

For this project, we designed four individual bedrooms, each one shaped around the personality, interests, and daily rhythm of the child who lives there. Because a great kids’ room should do more than look cute. It should work hard for sleep, study, play, and all the little moments in between.

Beige is not a personality.

We’re officially over homes that look polished but say absolutely nothing about the people living in them. A room should feel like a life is happening there, not like it was assembled to blend in.

We believe the best interiors reflect the stories and journeys of the people who inhabit them. That means getting personal and creating spaces that exude joy, not just another sea of safe, soulless beige. There are so many more options now for creating a home that feels layered and full of character. With the right mix of materials, color, texture, pattern, and furnishings, a home can feel much more expressive and much more you.
