Come join us! Sip cocktails, perhaps a bite to eat, while shopping local vendors and artisans. Just in time for Mother’s Day at The Cape Cod Coffee Sip and Shop, 10 Evergreen Circle, Mashpee from 5 pm - 8pm on May 6th. A few more items I will be adding to my collection.

Okay! My latest craft that is so fun and easy! I can’t stop making them! Going to the Cape Cod sip and shop. Also going to make some to bring down to The Cozy Cottage. Thinking about doing a class this summer. Anyone interested in learning how to make these ring dishes?

Just finished up these four 5x7 hand painted, sea glass, and pebble canvases for The Cape Cod Coffee Sip and Shop on May 6th. Creating these pieces takes time and patience finding just the right sizes of sea glass and pebbles to fit into the picture. Pebbles were collected from the beaches of the Cape. Each piece takes several hours to make. So enjoyed making these. I always have a hard time pricing them. What would you pay for each piece?

Back from a wonderful 3 weeks vacation enjoying friends and the warm sunshine. Finally back to making soaps. These two luxurious soaps are Sweet Pea and Lemon Grass Essential Oil soaps. My house smells like Spring is finally here. Each bar has coconut oil, lard, argon oil, castor, cocoa and shea butters, coconut milk, colloidal oatmeal, kaolin clay, honey and vitamin e. First time using straight essential oil a soap, so fingers crossed, all comes out. The Sweet Pea fragrance oil is a very lightly scented soap. They will be ready in 6 weeks.

More soap coming your way in 6 weeks. These Lemon Verbena and Peach Nectar goat soaps are low suds but very moisturizing. I love making soap with lard. Makes your skin silky smooth especially during these dry winter months. Additional ingredients are, olive oil, coconut oil, coconut milk, almond oil, sunflower oil, kaolin clay, honey and colloidal oatmeal.

A few new scents I’m working on. These 8 delightful fragrances are heading down to The Cozy Cottage on Main Street in Hyannis. My house smells as if I have baked all day with a touch of fresh air. Lifts my spirits on this gloomy, cold, and rainy day.

So happy to be making more soaps, getting low! These are Sage Lavender and Eucalyptus Spa. They smell amazing. These beauties are made with olive oil, coconut oil, castor oil, almond oil, cocoa and shea butters, kaolin clay, colloidal oatmeal, honey and vitamin e. They will be available in 6 weeks after cure. Sorry I don’t ship! Ordered some new fragrance oils and can’t wait to try them in my soaps as well as candles. One of the sample fragrance oils I’ve tried in a candle was almond macaroon! I’m hooked! All are on order! Looking forward to creating and being in my “happy place”. Have to share the resin reindeer family I made for my kids! Thinking about customizing for others next year. Was a lot of fun making them.
