For this home I wanted to create the feeling that despite being new construction, this home had been here for many, many years. To accomplish this, I used very specific textures and finishes. This Randolph Morris faucet by Vintage Tub is not Chrome (which would appear much brighter) but a Polished Nickel, which gives it a tint that makes it softer, appearing aged while still being beautiful and not tarnished.

Hanging sconces around eye height is a great way to make a hallway feel more intimate. The interior transoms over the doors allow light to flow through the hallway and the rooms both during the day and at night. A window at the end of the hallway keeps it open and airy.

Everyone deserves a nice place to get ready- these his & hers sinks in this kids bathroom let each of them have their own space. A spacious shower, and a separate toilet room allow the room to function for both children.

Had so much fun renovating this kitchen- the island I custom-designed in SketchUp. The countertops are beautiful calacatta gold quartz which gives just enough interest without being overpowering. Two dishwashers, two garbages, two sinks (a main sink and a prep sink in the island) and a wolf stove make this an absolute dream to cook in!
