Stott Architecture Returns to Suffolk Theater

Stott Architecture is working on a 5 story addition to the back stage and north portion of Suffolk Theater. This 30,000 addition will add 20 feet to the backstage and also include Green Rooms, Dressing rooms, storage and additional support space. Above the stage level addition there will be one floor of commercial/retail space and 4 levels of residential apartments.

Suffolk theater was the spark that lit the fire behind the revitalization of downtown Riverhead. We are proud of what we accomplished there and excited about the next phase. Stay tuned for more.
