For this primary bathroom, our client wanted something truly unique, while still feeling serene and calm. We achieved that through an unconventional layout, grounding the space in muted tones and organic finishes. The goal was to create a true “wow” moment - but in an elegant, almost ethereal way that draws you in rather than overwhelms you.

The kitchen is always where our family and friends gather, so having a functional prep kitchen was a must at our home. In fact, nearly every home we design now includes a prep kitchen because they are just so practical - extra appliances, tons of storage and a place to tuck away messes while entertaining! And - to really make this space work for us SOS I Schmidt Organization Systems ®️ organized all the storage and cabinets to fit our daily needs.

Another feature from our Carroll Contemporary project. The architecture of this home is undeniably contemporary, with huge windows, an open floor plan and angular lines throughout. We balanced the modern bones of this home with warm, layered finishes, organic textured and curved lines. The result is a home that feels both striking and welcoming.

This may be one of the coolest views in this house. From the outdoor seating area, your eye goes right across the sunken fire pit to this amazing art. We knew this window into the primary suite hallway would create the perfect picture frame for a really cool art moment, and it did not disappoint!
