MileyQ Rubs are the creation Chef Greg Miley who has been an Executive Chef for over 30 years combining his culinary and corporate executive skills in various venues. In the early 80's, he cooked competitively throughout Texas, Delaware and Florida winning several awards for his BBQ. By great demand these award winning rubs are now available to purchase.

Hi everyone, just wanted to let you know Greg and I started a new business - Palouse Ridge Events - which is a venue on our property for weddings, reunions, showers, birthday parties and other gatherings. We can accommodate 100 guests at our outdoor venue and will be open May thru September each year.
We have a website, Instagram account and Facebook account for our new venture. As an option, we have IBBQ4U catering available utilizing our rubs and seasonings for your customized menu.
