The leaves are arrow-shaped, which is how the plant got its common name, and the white variegation gives it an elegant and distinctive appearance. Beautiful for any plant lover.

The plant on the upper right is younger, so the leaves are not a match at this time, but as they age the picture on the left and lower left is the same plant but much older. They age with us.
