Finished fixing some issues in a house abandoned by the previous electricians. Some of the receptacles were wirenutted with these green nuts, which will work if you have to make them, but are not correct for that application. Most were not tamper resistant, which poses a potential hazard to small children. Several were connected like this with 2 wires connected together and the device connecting the third. I understand the need for a light here, but there are better ways to make it work. And there's a duct placed in the middle of a wall. Still not sure about that one, but I'll let the mechanical contractor worry about it.
