Sharing my old paintings that delve in the complexities of body acceptance in today’s society. These pieces original were meant to reflect the experiences of women who have felt shame for not conforming to societal standards — whether it’s due to size, cellulite, personal pronouns, sexuality, or personal choices regarding motherhood.

As I continue to observe the world around us and look past my own experiences, it’s clear the these themes resonate far beyond just a few experiences. Many individuals face unjust criticism and hate for who they are and circumstances beyond their control — issues no one should have to endure.

These artworks aim to capture the struggles and resilience in all of us. I hope they serve as a reminder that we are not alone in our struggles and that our bodies, in ALL their forms, deserve respect and acceptance.
