This Browne's Addition beauty was an ambitious undertaking from day one—requiring the largest crane in Spokane at the time of construction. The site was a bit challenging due to the steep hillside overlooking the river and Kendall Yards.

Designed to capture sweeping views, the home partners bold architecture with exceptional performance. A meticulously detailed building envelope creates a highly efficient environment, providing year-round comfort and supporting the homeowners' sensitivity to air quality.

Some projects live as ideas, sketches, and renderings—waiting for the right moment to become reality. This concept for CDA National was designed to take full advantage of the surrounding landscape, blending modern architecture with the natural beauty of North Idaho.

Architecture often requires patience. Projects change, sites shift, and timelines stretch. Great design has a way of enduring, and we're hopeful this concept, or an evolution of it will one day come to life. Until then, we're excited to share a glimpse!

Spencer has stepped into the role of Business Manager, expanding his impact across finance, HR, hiring, and facilities. He brings clarity and cohesion to the systems behind our work.

Cody is now Studio Director, focusing on strengthening our internal operations and supporting our project teams to do their best, most thoughtful and aligned work.

These roles reflect the way our studio continues to grow with people who take ownership, evolve, and strengthen the work from within.

Deborah is a painter and mixed-media artist whose work defies a single style, medium, or definition, and she's made peace with that. Based between Spokane, WA, Fort Lauderdale, FL, and a studio on Manhattan's Upper West Side, Deborah brings a life richly lived to every canvas: a country upbringing, a career dressing fashion capitals, and 40 years running Starshine Studio producing bespoke hand-painted fabrics and wall coverings for the high-end interior design world.

Deborah makes art because she has to. It is, she'll tell you plainly, what she believes she was put here to do. We hope you can make it!
