Good morning to all of you on this beautiful Tuesday... I know a lot of you have seen our vehicles driving around the Spokane, Cd'A areas. We have been around for a long time, since 1986 to be exact. Some of the Keystone Carpets vehicles you've seen are our wonderful installers. One of the vehicles is our flooring sample van. We Bring the Store to You is not just something we do, it is what the business was founded on. John and Barb started to business to be a mobile showroom and we have been in business for 40 years now. He knew something that other stores did not. If you Bring the Store to the customer, give a fair price for the project, and proceed to exceed expectations you will win a customer for life. We have never been a company to put in the least expensive product just to win that day. We want our customers to come back for more flooring every 10-20 years when their flooring needs refreshed and to tell their friends about the wonderful experience they had with Keystone Carpets. We love our customers, but we want to see them every 15-20 years instead of every 5-7 years like most flooring companies.
