It's been awhile since I posted anything. So, I have some eye candy for you! This is one of our projects that was completed last year. I am still in love with those countertops. They have a "leathered" finish and have amazing texture. They are so soft with amazing visual texture. It's all the little details together that help make a room beautiful.

Planning for the upcoming year. We are so excited to share some of our finished upcoming projects. For now, we will share a kitchen refresh from last year. This project turned out amazing. Even after doing this for almost 20 years, it's still fun to see how a space can be transformed with the right selections. Happy Friday everyone!

After working with clients, I have figured out that many have tried to design the room themselves and there is a bit of a design process that a client will take prior to calling me. While they may have great taste, they just don’t know how to pull the room together as a whole. When it came down to it, they couldn’t either picture the room as a whole or they just didn’t have the time it takes to shop all the different vendors you need to, to pull a space together. You gotta love anyone who says Interior Designers have "super powers"! In what areas are you stuck with your rooms? Believe it or not, I have yet to finish our Master Bedroom! New house = new design problems!

Your home is already pretty great. You searched for it and decorated it and you even (hire someone to) clean it. But it’s still a work-in-progress – homes always are. Maybe your taste has changed since you last bought throw pillows. Maybe your kitchen has become a jungle of clattering measuring cups…

I thought you all might like to see some things I have been working on. This is a typical suburban house that could really be located anywhere. It is a large home with warm oak floors and beige walls. The clients felt like the home was a sea of builders beige.
