“Why did you name it The Art Room?”

My Grammy is a phenomenal artist. Throughout this journey she keeps saying “I don’t know if I had that much influence on you?” And I have been chuckling every time she doesn’t realize truly how much she is in my everyday life. 💛

Growing up, her art was everywhere.

Rolling out the dough for shoo-fly pies taught me how to roll a prefect slab of clay. Pinching the crust so it comes out perfect really helped me breeze through pinch- pots. Rolling out cookies? Sheeesh, you can’t find a person that can roll a better ball of clay than me.😏

She may not know it but it’s really all for her🩷 I’m so grateful, I’m determined, and I’m overjoyed that I got to share this moment with her 🥰

I had to keep this one after seeing it come out of the kiln due to the colors fitting the theme of my fish and hopefully a little bigger for more shrimp to hideout in.

Will definitely be making an unhealthy amount of these while also staring at this little Dive Bar until I see some Patrons. 🦐

The Art Room’s first class!!

My heart is so full after having the best first class I could ask for! Billy and Fiona came in to a Wednesday night wheel class and blew me away!

Fiona clearly meant business as she threw her dad under the table within the first 40 minutes! 👩🏼‍🎨 💁🏼‍♀️ I can’t wait to have you guys back!
