🍂 CREAMY SAUSAGE TOMATO TORTELLINI SOUP 🍂

Okay, this one is SO good! Cozy, creamy, full of flavor and made with our Olivelle Wild Garlic Herb Blend. 🧄❤️

Here’s what you need:
• 1 yellow onion, diced
• 1 lb. ground beef or Italian sausage
• 2 heaping tablespoons fresh garlic
• 1 jar your favorite marinara
• 1 — 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
• 32 oz. (4 cups) chicken broth
• 4 heaping tablespoons Olive Valley Wild Garlic Herb Blend
• Roasted Garlic Sea Salt, to taste
• 1 package cheese tortellini
• A couple handfuls of fresh spinach
• ¼ cup heavy cream (up to 1 cup if you like it extra creamy!)
• Freshly grated Parmesan

Let’s make it! 👇🏻

Dice your onion and add it to a large pot with your sausage or hamburger. Crumble and cook until browned and cooked through.

Add the fresh garlic, marinara, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, Olivelle Wild Garlic Herb Blend and a sprinkle of Olivelle Roasted Garlic Sea Salt.

Bring it all to a boil, then add your tortellini right into the pot. Boil until the tortellini is cooked through.

Stir in a couple handfuls of chopped spinach and your heavy cream. Let it simmer for just a few minutes until everything is nice and creamy.

Top with freshly grated Parmesan and serve with some crusty bread. 🤤

And YES… you can grab the Olivelle Wild Garlic Herb Blend & Olivelle Roasted Garlic Sea Salt right here at Simply Rooted! ❤️

This is definitely going on repeat all season long! 🍂🥣
