Prepping this new hickory starter step with a return. Next we will scrape and stain all of the new hickory treads so that they match their new hickory chaparral prefinished floor we just completed. @ Grayslake, Illinois

Another stair transformation is done! We wrapped the newels in 3/4” red oak to modernize this dated traditional looking staircase. New railings and new painted square balusters go perfectly here and the new color Heritage brown by looks amazing too. @ Wilmette, Illinois
