My first child taught me to be a mom, my second to share my heart, and my third to love my home and being home.
Most people say ‘go out and do as much as you can’. That’s great. But also, I love allowing the moments to teach my kids that the home we will love most will be the one we have right now. We’re not waiting for something better, but soaking in all the slow moments right here today in the home we have.
I cherish slow mornings at home. I longed for them when I worked full time out of the home with 2 kids under 2, and now, our home is overflowing with life every single day.
Sourdough has taught me so much. Loving the slow process is one of the sweet lessons of sourdough. 🤍
