Holy crap !… we moved storage rooms today .. I had a 10x30 unit jammed packed , upgraded to a 12 x36 .. alittle more in the country , which is nice no busy roads trying to get to get trailers in & out. I have enough furniture to stage 4 homes at a time … so a lot of furniture greenery etc . We also broke down a full house 4 bedroom stage ever room was furnished . Love the space but it’s still pretty full . I’m not sure which body part hurts the most . Of course it was a home w/ all bedrooms up so a lot of up & down then I store all art & accessories in my upstairs at my house … I’m thinking my backside is screaming the most 😂😂 ..
Calgon take me away🛀

Still working on the niche .. I have been busy all week so just getting back to it ! The first is my undercoat the mettalics .. then have 3 tones of white metallic style plaster to trowel over to create something like 2nd picture.
Simmering whites / silver tones over these so they peek thru ! … I’m not 1 to sit still very long 😜👩‍🎨

Hey Facebook friends Iam looking for a property in the woods that has a privacy rod iron fence. I need to get approval from WC
But would be a lot easier if I had an address that already has one. Would love to get this job finished up but just got a letter to get a new approval. Damn .. when does it ever go smoothly! Ahhh never !!

Kitchen remodel - The client wanted an old world Mediterian look . We added dimension & style to the kitchen cabinets by building all the way up . We used 2 colors of stain w, bronze faux accents also added glass & large openings. I presented the client w/ selection options & guided her though the remodel process. In the end we pulled it all together for her dream kitchen !

"We hired Teri to help us remodel our kitchen. We did not know exactly what we wanted, I just sent her pictures of kitchens that I liked. We had never remodeled a kitchen before, and it was an overwhelming process, but Teri walked us through every step, from the design and color of our cabinets, to the type of granite countertops to the stone to the flooring. She shopped with me and helped me pick out cabinet colors, types of wood, granite, backlash, tile. If I didn't have time to shop, she shopped for me and brought different options to my house so that I could pick out what I liked. She worked with our contractor almost on a daily basis to ensure our kitchen was constructed according to our design. Teri was patient and friendly and easy to work with. She did such a great job, and we were so impressed, that we asked her to help us remodel the family room as well. By this time, she already knew what kind style we liked, and she picked out stone and did a beautiful job glazing our cabinets. After the remodel was done, she went shopping for us to decorate our kitchen and family room. Everything she picked was perfect, and she never went out of budget. Teri literally did every part of the kitchen and family room remodel except for the actual construction. She did a wonderful job, we highly recommend her!"
