Bratti Bakes grew from an at home cottage bakery to expanding to Spring Kitchen to fulfill bigger orders and have a dedicated space for pick ups. Now she has opened very own space!!! Check out Bratti Bakes for your next custom cake or cookie order. She’s wildly talented!

Just want to explain what my space will be and what you can expect! 💗 Please read below!👇🏼

This technically is not a “storefront”, so I am not open for customers to walk in and out during the day, unfortunately 😞 BUT! You can 100% come in by appointment! I am typically here M-F, usually from 8am-4:30pm (this changes depending on my work load for the week!) and Saturdays 10am-2pm for pickups. I am always open to accommodate your needs! Please reach out to my number, 833-806-4225, and I will respond to your messages within 24hrs.

With that said, I also will not have bakery items available daily for purchase. I mainly work on my custom orders and the occasional spontaneous items that I have available during the week. But don’t worry!! I am planning on at least 1-2 pop-ups per month (weather permitting 😅) so that you have chance to get some yummy treats without placing a custom order! I am so excited to plan these for you all 🤭 Hopefully, you can expect my first pop up in the month of September 🥳 I will get started on the monthly menu RIGHT AWAY! What times AND items would you like to see at my first pop up?!

Spring Kitchen was created by a small business owner for small businesses to grow and thrive. We have hosted everything from celebratory dinners with private chefs, cake decorating parties, pop ups, tasting panels, and fundraisers in our event space. We have had chefs use the commercial kitchen to make and sell hot sauces, grocery wholesale foods, prep for big events, meal pick ups, and so much more. We are so proud of all the folks that have worked tirelessly to see their small business dreams come true.

It’s time to properly introduce myself!

My name is Kaitlyn Hattenhauer, and I am the one who has been creating custom sweets under Bratti Bakes for over 10 years now 🤯 Bratti is my maiden name and my childhood nickname. My mom helped me “name” myself when I created this page at 15 years old. I am now 25, a wife, a momma to 2 crazy girls, and I have always had a love for art, creativity, and especially cake decorating! I believe my real obsession started after watching Cake Boss. My grandmother (who I never got to meet) was also a cake decorator, so it is so special to me that I can continue this craft ❤️ I am fully self taught with the exception of one hobby lobby class when I was 10 or 11🤣. I’m a very visual person, so most of my education comes from cake boss and many, many YouTube videos. I am so blessed that my business is growing, and I can’t wait to share what’s next! Thank you to my family, my friends, loyal customers, and new customers for the continued support and keeping me busy 🥰 Keep an eye out for more exciting things coming soon. Canopy Entrepreneurship Program Cohort 10 Business Expo

Join us in celebrating the graduates of Canopy NWA’s Entrepreneurship Program and discover the newest immigrant-owned businesses in Northwest Arkansas!

As part of Canopy’s mission to create a welcoming community for refugees and immigrants, the Entrepreneurship Program provides aspiring immigrant business owners with accessible, high-quality training, mentorship, and business development resources. Since 2020, Canopy has partnered with the Neighborhood Development Center in St. Paul, Minnesota, using its proven Plan It! curriculum to help entrepreneurs turn their business ideas into reality.

Over the past 12 weeks, Cohort 10 participants have worked diligently to develop business plans, strengthen their entrepreneurial skills, and prepare for successful business launches. Now it's time to celebrate their accomplishments!

Come meet these new entrepreneurs, learn about their products and services, and support the growing community of immigrant-owned businesses in Northwest Arkansas.
