She’s an incredible artist and an author. She grew up in Cornwall, England, developing an interest in holistic health and herbalism. She is releasing her debut book, Simple Kitchen Magic: Whole-Food Recipes and Remedies for a Holistic Life. 🌿
She makes simple, nourishing meals using accessible, whole-food ingredients and home remedies for common ailments, and seeks to find the magic in every day while raising her two boys with her husband.
