luded in the finishing and furnishing specification. Because of this detailed document, you will no longer need to waste countless weeks on visiting interior stores. After the home/house design is approved, I can further develop a comprehensive set of blueprints for your project. I base my pricing on a flat fee which stays fixed regardless of the number of hours spent, pictures created or meeting conducted until you are completely satisfied. Hello everyone, I am working at home designing houses.
I have been working in construction design for 25+ years and never knew I could design houses without an architectural license. Now that I have learned this new information I have expanded my work to designing and rendering new housing projects and/or subcontracting design drafting.
How my new house design expansion would work is i would initially take you needs and information to get a preliminary plan and elevations for review. During review we can make design changes to you desire and/or budget. When the design is acceptable after review and meetings for a final design concept clients would be require to pay a security deposit of 25% to start the overall design plans.
Upon completion of my design plans you will be able to share the plans for permitting, contractors. and obtain estimates. Design plans and elevations will be printed and delivered upon final payment.
